About Us

We bring senior-level experience and extensive industry network to situations where perspective, relationships, and practical judgement matter. Two complementary areas of advisory support

Corporate & Strategic Advisory

We advise owners, boards, investors, and leadership teams on the questions that shape enterprise value and what comes next — on growth, succession, leadership transition, operations, partnerships, capital, M&A, and sale or acquisition readiness — informed by our founder’s own experience as a Board Director and senior governance advisor across the AEC and infrastructure sectors.

Water Sector & Climate Adaptation Advisory

We advise utilities, governments, infrastructure organizations, and mission-driven clients on water and utility strategy, nature-based solutions, community-first funding & financing investments, green bonds, public-private partnerships (P3s), and broader partnerships.

We also provide fractional executive and strategic advisory support during periods of transition, transformation, or transaction — across either area.

Perspective from both sides of the table

Our founder brings both advisory and operating experience. Over nearly three decades, he has served as Board Director or senior advisor to five for-profit companies, led the successful acquisition of an AEC business, participated in multiple AEC M&A discussions, and led the spinoff and growth of an established infrastructure consulting firm.

His governance work also includes the boards of four prominent environmental nonprofits — concluding two terms as Board Chair — and prior service on a U.S. EPA Federal Advisory Committee focused on water infrastructure funding and financing.

From perspective to action

Across both areas, InfraFoundry works as a trusted extension of leadership — bringing senior-level judgment, an extensive industry network, and a practical understanding of how organizations, people, capital, and opportunities come together.

We help clients ask the right questions, connect the right parties, navigate consequential decisions, and move important initiatives from strategy toward action.
